Air Fryer Churros
A healthier take on churros using an air fryer instead of deep frying.

In a medium pot, combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Melt together over medium heat.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.

Add 1 cup of flour and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture clumps up.

Add 3 eggs, one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated. The mixture should form a thick dough.
