  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder(optional)For baking powder technique
  • All-purpose flour(optional)For breaded technique
  • 1/2 stick ButterFor sauce
  • 3 tablespoons GochujangOr sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar

    Separate chicken wings into drumettes and flats, discarding the tips.

    Mix garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, cumin powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt to create an all-purpose seasoning.
