- •1 tbsp Hawaii sesame seeds
- •Aamoto(optional)A dash

Rinse and drain 90 g of rice. Add 120 g of water and 1/2 tbsp of sake (optional). Mix well and cook the rice.

Finely chop 30 g of green onions, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 dried red chili.

Cut 50 g of cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tsp of rice vinegar, 50 ml of water, 1 g of kabashi bonita flakes (optional), 1 tbsp of Hawaii sesame seeds, a dash of aamoto (optional), and the chopped red chili, garlic, and green onions.

Heat a pan with 2 tsp of vegetable oil. Fry an egg to your preferred doneness and marinate it in the sauce.

Pour the sauce over thin slices of pork and let it soak up the flavor.

Heat the pan with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Cook the cabbage until done, then add the pork and cook thoroughly.

Serve the cooked rice with the marinated egg on top. Alternatively, serve with cooked cabbage and pork on top of the rice.
