- •1 glass White winedry, Sauvignon Blanc
- •Salt
- •Black pepper
- •Butterwith a bit of oil for cooking
- •Cognac
- •Parsleyfresh, for garnish

Brown chicken thighs in oil and butter, skin side down, until colored.

Add garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.

Add cognac and flambe, then cook for another 10 minutes.

Remove chicken, deglaze pan with white wine, and reduce sauce.
