Microwave 300g sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted. Let it cool at room temperature until slightly warm.

Beat 5 egg whites at room temperature on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Add 5 egg yolks, one at a time, beating a few minutes more until fluffy and pale yellow.

Combine melted chocolate with the egg mixture, ensuring the chocolate is slightly warm to prevent hardening.

Pour the mixture into a 20cm square pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
