- •1 tbsp Vegetable oil(optional)Can use olive or sunflower oil

- •1 tsp Table salt
- •7 g Instant dried yeastOne sachet

Add vegetable oil to the water.

Add whole wheat flour to the bowl.

Mix in table salt with the flour.

Add instant dried yeast to the mixture.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Form the dough into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for at least 1 hour.

Grease baking trays while waiting for the dough to rise.

Punch down the dough and divide into 8 pieces.

Roll each piece into a ball and let rest for 5 minutes.

Form the balls into disks and place on baking trays. Let rise for 45 minutes.
